The following general returns policy is applicable to all items sold on naturelix.in

In general, the Naturelix hygiene range of products falls under the Non- Returnable category. However, under exceptional conditions that are mentioned below, an item may be eligible for return within 5 Days return window from the date of delivery:

1. Product is delivered in a physically damaged condition.
2. Product had missing parts or accessories.
3. Product is different from what was ordered.

Upon receipt of intimation from the buyer about receiving an item meeting at least one of the above conditions within the stipulated time, only Naturelix can authorize product returns at its sole discretion.

Any disputes arising in the product return process will be amicably resolved between the Naturelix and the Buyer. All items when authorized by Naturelix must be returned by the buyer in their original condition as received.
